We have a dedicated class bookings platform, You can select recurring sessions or choose multiple dates. The easiest way to schedule further classes is by registering for an account on the confirmation page. This speeds up the booking process for future classes.  

The personal training experience is meant for anyone seeking accountability and a path to reach his or her optimal health, fitness, and/or weight loss. The personal training sessions range from holistic to specific experiences that any personality or client can relate to.

Hiring a personal trainer takes the thinking out of your workouts. Essentially, you’re hiring a personal health advisor to create exercise and diet plans based on your needs and wants. You no longer need to research or guess what might work for your body. A personal trainer takes the guesswork out of your approach to health and fitness and uses their expertise to help you reach your goals efficiently and without injury. Ask yourself the following:

  • Have you tried to reach your goals before and failed to see the desired results?
  • Are you unmotivated and feel like you need accountability, support and guidance?
  • Are you training currently and are unsure what you are doing?
  • Are you feeling lost with all the confusing information out there?

Firstly let’s get this one out of the way, we know you don’t want bulging biceps! But before you decide to skip the weights, you may want to read on.

  • You will burn more calories. This all comes down to lean muscle, your body requires more calories to maintain lean muscle than body fat.
  • Body composition improves dramatically. The more lean muscle the more ‘toned’ you look. A kg of fat takes up far more space in your body than a kg of muscle.
  • You will build stronger bones.
  • Your heart will be healthier.
  • Decreases stress and anxiety.
  • It will improve your confidence.
The number of sessions really depends on a number of factors, including your budget, availability, and need for accountability. On average, most clients meet with their coach one to three sessions per week (an average of twice). While personal training programs are an investment, the fitness experience shouldn’t create more stress. Determine the appropriate budget to create the accountability you desire and the freedom to choose a personal trainer with the exercise and diet approach as well as the expertise you need.
  • A program tailored towards your goals. Every aspect of your training will be taught to you, you will learn every technique for each exercise in our fully private facility 1-2-1. Your coach will motivate and inspire you towards succeeding in your journey.
  • A specific diet plan personalised to your individual circumstances and challenges. We do not have a blanket policy prescribing calorie counting. Your relationship with food will be reconfigured based on lifestyle and goals.
  • Results! We are a results based gym meaning we pride ourselves on results.
  • Lifestyle and health advice to compliment your goals.
  • Become part of a close knit gym environment, where you’re motivated by each other.

We understand that everyone has their insecurities and starting to workout can be daunting. Obesity can be a barrier to exercise…the fear of not wanting to be judged can be overwhelming. Maybe you have no experience in exercise, maybe your weight challenges have affected your mobility and ability to move. Here at Hype Fitness we do not allow any negativity in the gym, there is no judgement and egos are left at the door. Whether you train in our classes or fully private 1-2-1 coaching, you will be in a friendly and motivating environment. Even if you struggle with everyday activities, there is no reason why you cannot achieve your goals. We can tailor the program to adapt to your needs and improve your health.

The class sessions are tailored to include a variety of disciplines and skills. At the very core of our beliefs, stands our appreciation for functional and strength training. The varying sessions will include:

  • Circuit training
  • Kettlebell progression
  • Boxing/combat circuit
  • Barbell foundation
  • Conditioning sessions

 
The classes are a great way to get into general fitness and start leading a healthier more energetic life. It’s also a fantastic way to combat mental health issues and be part of a close knit positive gym environment.

If you have any types of injuries or conditions which impair your ability to exercise, then please consult your doctor and ensure you have been cleared to exercise. If you have an injury, you shouldn’t return to your sport or activity until the pain, swelling, and stiffness have improved a lot. Pushing yourself too soon could make your recovery take longer or make your injury worse, so be sure you get the green light from an doctor. 

In order to ensure we offer the best experience in all of our sessions, punctuality and attendance become the backbone of any fitness journey. Life has a way of throwing those curve balls, we understand even the most disciplined amongst us have to reschedule our appointments. We have a 24 hour rescheduling  policy with group classes.

Our PT sessions require a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling notice, with each session to be rescheduled within the same week.

Our private training packages are set up so they provide more value than purchasing individual sessions. With this in mind, the packages are priced to reflect the frequency and total number of sessions taken. We are unable to refund sessions and a 24 hour notice is required for rescheduling all appointments. (our cancellation policy can be viewed here

All joint training sessions must be taken together. In the event that a session needs to be take individually, then a £10 charge would he incurred for that individual session.
