Whether you train in our classes or fully private 1-2-1 coaching, you will be in a friendly and motivating environment. If you have any types of injuries or conditions which impair your ability to exercise, then please consult your doctor and ensure you have been cleared to exercise. If you have an injury, you shouldn’t return to your sport or activity until the pain, swelling, and stiffness have improved a lot. Pushing yourself too soon could make your recovery take longer or make your injury worse, so be sure you get the green light from an doctor.
In order to ensure we offer the best experience in all of our sessions, punctuality and attendance become the backbone of any fitness journey. Life has a way of throwing those curve balls, we understand even the most disciplined amongst us have to reschedule our appointments. We have a 24 hour rescheduling policy with group classes.
Our PT sessions require a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling notice, with each session to be rescheduled within the same week.
Our private training packages are set up so they provide more value than purchasing individual sessions. With this in mind, the packages are priced to reflect the frequency and total number of sessions taken. We are unable to refund sessions and a 24 hour notice is required for rescheduling all appointments. (our cancellation policy can be viewed here)
All joint training sessions must be taken together. In the event that a session needs to be take individually, then a £10 charge would he incurred for that individual session.
