HYPE Fitness specialises in private strength and body coaching for women. We offer group classes as well as exclusive 1-2-1 training at our PRIVATE facility. The fitness industry is full of ‘quick’ fixes and the next yoyo diet…all of which last a couple of months. We prefer to instil life long habits by creating a lasting relationship between you, your food and your training.
We built HYPE because women deserved somewhere to train properly. Private. Purposeful. Without having to share a squat rack with 10 people or feel watched doing it.
