Cancellation Policy

Thank you for becoming a member of Hype Fitness. We excited to have you onboard, and we are looking forward to helping you achieve your goals.

We are thrilled with how interest has grown since our launch, and therefore, the demand for sessions has increased.

All we are asking is that each client treats others fairly in a few simple ways, and we would be grateful if you could fully support the below conditions:

  • 24-hour cancellation policy – if a client cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice, it means we don’t have enough time to notify another client and replace the session.
  • If you are going away (holiday, travelling with work, etc.), please aim to give us at least two weeks’ notice.
  • All payments for sessions are to be made upfront.
  • Please turn up to sessions on time.
  • All rescheduled PT sessions to be taken within the same week.
  • The packages are non refundable and we are unable to refund part or unused packages.
  • Partner/joint PT packages are priced so that the sessions are taken together. If you require to take the session on your own then the price will revert to a 1-2-1 session and will incur a £10 charge per individual session.
